The NCVM series is a high-end full CNC slotting machine. The machine body is constructed with all-steel plate welding, and deformation is minimal after tempering and aging treatment. Product Features
The use of high-quality steel from Korea's Kloe, processed by quenching techniques, enhances the overall strength and surface quality of the tool body, withstands high temperatures, and improves the lifespan and shock resistance of the tool. With high hardness and sharpness, the tools are sturdy, durable, and make slotting easier.
Precise positioning ensures that the metal plate does not shift during V-shaped slotting, significantly reducing the radius of the edge arc after bending. The residual thickness of the plate at the bend is thinner after slotting, which also reduces the deformation force during bending. Therefore, there are no creases on the surface of the workpiece after bending.
