Machine Tool Performance

Frame Structure
1) The frame is made from a single piece of steel plate welding, which results in better overall stress distribution.
2) Vibratory stress relief is used to eliminate internal stress in the frame, preventing deformation after processing.
3) The frame is machined in a CNC pentahedron machining center in one clamping, ensuring the precision of all machining processes.
4) The C-type throat compensation device is installed below the throat of the machine, connected above to the detection device, ensuring that slight deformations during bending do not affect the system's measuring accuracy, suitable for any thickness and material of the plate.
Hydraulic System
1) The electro-hydraulic servo system uses closed-loop control for the synchronous operation of dual cylinders, achieving high synchronization control precision, bending accuracy, and repeat positioning precision.
2) An integrated hydraulic control system is used to reduce pipeline installation, overcome oil leakage, and enhance the machine's operational stability, making the machine's appearance neat and aesthetically pleasing.
Backgauge System (Dual Guide Rails, X-axis, R-axis, Z-axis)

Clamping and Tool Configuration
1) Equipped with a manual quick clamp
It has the advantages of high precision, easy to clamp, not loose, and not dropping the tool, which maximizes the avoidance of interference with the workpiece during small-angle bending. Optional hydraulic upper die automatic clamping device or quick clamping device can be equipped to reduce the labor intensity of workers and improve production efficiency.
2) Available with segmented upper dies of varying lengths, which can be assembled into a certain width according to the requirements of the workpiece, to accommodate the processing needs of special workpieces.
