The MG series of down-drive electro-hydraulic CNC bending machines are mature in research and development technology, production structure, operation, and system stability. They are the most stable bending machines in a variable production environment, with the most refined design in their class and a work efficiency that is three times higher than that of up-drive machines. Their maximum bending speed reaches 25 cycles per minute, with precision up to ±0.05mm.

1. Product Structural Features
    (1) The frame consists of left and right side plates (columns), worktable, cylinders, and connecting beams. The integral structure prevents skewing and bending, ensuring precision in bending. Side wall plates, middle connecting plates, and the slider are all made of Q235 material, which is superior to welded frames.
    There are two standard configurations for CNC backgauge: two-axis (X, L) and three-axis (X, R, L). The L-axis controls the horizontal movement in the forward and backward direction, the R-axis controls vertical movement, and A1, A2 axes allow for horizontal movement of two groups of backgauge fingers to the left and right. The four-axis configuration demonstrates efficiency and superiority for frequently changing plate widths and diagonal bending.

Electrical System
The MG series bending machine electrical system consists of a distribution box, Rogas-NC9 dedicated CNC system for bending machines, oil pump motor, operation station, deflection compensation mechanism adjustment motor, sensors, limit switches, and other components.
    (1) The electrical cabinet meets the IP54 protection standard, with a standardized layout of electrical components, clear labeling, and the use of internationally renowned brand components for safety, reliability, long life, and strong anti-interference capability.
    (2) It is equipped with a movable operation table and a portable footswitch for convenience and includes an emergency stop function.
    (3) The equipment has reliable electrical safety measures such as emergency stops and overload protection to ensure the safety of operators and reliable operation of the equipment.
