All-Electric Servo Bending Machine NG-6020 Technical Proposal

Main Performance Features
The NG series is a pure electric servo bending machine that uses servo motors for driving, offering processing efficiency far superior to traditional hydraulic press brakes. It does not require hydraulic oil, making it environmentally friendly and pollution-free. Compared to traditional equipment, the all-electric servo bending machine saves about 80% of energy, has a fast ram speed, high production efficiency, and high bending precision, ensuring that the bending angle error is within ±0.5mm.

1. Frame
1) The frame consists of left and right side plates (columns), a lower worktable, partitions, support plates, etc.
2) The frame is integrally welded, which compared to a frame with moving connections, provides higher post-welding precision and ensures accurate bending.
3) The four major steel components are welded structures, all reinforced with triangular inner circle trisection ribs, utilizing a triangle stability design to make the frame more stable, balancing various welding pulls to minimize frame deformation.
4) The four major steel components undergo high-temperature annealing and aging treatment to eliminate welding stress, ensuring the precision and stability of the parts after processing.
5) The frame is machined using large floor boring and milling machines and a dynamic gantry machining center in one clamping to ensure the precision of the parts.
6) The upper worktable is connected to two nut seats with screws and is supported on the left and right wall plates by a circular table pressing platform, with guide wheel groups providing guidance for the up and down movement of the upper worktable. There are concave pads at the connection between the screw and the upper worktable to ensure a reasonable distribution of force on the upper worktable and good alignment of the screws.

Backgauge Control Axes
Our company's standard CNC backgauge comes in two configurations: four-axis (X, R, Y1, Y2) and six-axis (X, R, Y1, Y2, Z1, Z2). The X-axis controls the horizontal movement of the backgauge fingers in the forward and backward direction; the R-axis controls the vertical movement of the backgauge fingers. The use of the R-axis greatly facilitates the up and down movement of the backgauge fingers, improving work efficiency and reducing labor intensity. The Y1 and Y2 axes control the vertical movement of the upper worktable, while the Z1 and Z2 axes control the horizontal movement of two groups of backgauge fingers to the left and right. The six-axis configuration demonstrates efficiency and superiority for frequently changing plate widths and diagonal bending.
