The AG/AGP series is a flexible intelligent bending machine, designed and produced according to high-precision machine tool standards. It uses high-grade castings, and both cast and welded components undergo strict stress relief processes. High-precision machine tools are used for integrated machining to ensure the long-term running accuracy, stability, and high rigidity of the entire machine.
Axis Configuration Description:
The configuration includes 8 axes, with the main part of the bending comprising 3 axes: X, Y, and Z.
The feeding mechanism includes 3 axes: translation, tray lifting, and rotation.
The sheet positioning part includes 2 axes: positioning and stopper.
Bending Process Description:
Process requirements:
1. The surface of the sheet to be bent must not have downward protrusions, as this could cause interference with the worktable and prevent automatic bending.
2. When bending all four sides with a suction cup type bending center, the sheet to be bent must not have large openings in the middle, as this would prevent the suction cups from picking up the center of the sheet, making it impossible to bend all four sides. The press bar type bending center, on the other hand, requires a space to apply pressure.
3. The distance from the edge of the hole to the bending edge should be ≥ 5mm; otherwise, edge stretching may occur after bending (the larger the plate thickness, the larger this dimension requirement).
4. After forming, the direction of the bent edge can only be bent once with the final downward bending process.
5. Whether the bending center can automatically bend depends greatly on the part's bending process and bending sequence, and it is ultimately subject to the review of the drawings.
6. The size of the bending tool on the right is standard, and it can be customized according to customer products.
