A bending machine cannot bend rebar for the following reasons:

1. The diameter of the rebar exceeds the thickness that can be bent by the machine.
2. Bending rebar involves point contact, whereas bending plates involves surface contact.

The bending machine is a device capable of bending thin plates, primarily composed of a stand, workbench, and clamping plate. The workbench, placed on the stand, consists of a base and a press plate, with the base connected to the clamping plate via a hinge. The base is made up of a casing, coil, and cover plate, with the coil located in the recess of the casing, covered by the cover plate. During operation, the coil is electrified via a conductor, generating attraction to the press plate, thereby clamping the thin plate between the press plate and the base. Electromagnetic force is used for clamping, allowing the press plate to meet various workpiece requirements and process workpieces with side walls, making the operation very convenient.

CNC rebar bending machines are designed for high-performance bending processing of main framework rebars in concrete structures of high-rise buildings, highways, high-speed railways, large bridges, etc., capable of processing high-strength threaded steel up to a diameter of φ32mm. When using a rebar bending machine, adhere to the following 6 points:

1. The worktable and the bending work disc should be kept level. Before operation, check the core shaft, forming shaft, stop iron shaft, and adjustable stop frame for cracks or damage. Ensure the protective cover is secure and reliable. After confirming normal operation through a no-load test, begin work.

2. Be familiar with the reverse switch control to rotate the work disc in the correct direction. The placement of the rebar should match the direction of the stop frame and work disc rotation. Do not place it in the opposite direction.

3. Changing the direction of the work disc rotation must be done after stopping the machine, i.e., from forward to stop to reverse. Direct changes from forward to reverse or reverse to forward are not allowed.

4. It is strictly prohibited to change the core shaft, forming shaft, adjust angles or speeds, or oiling or cleaning while the machine is running.

5. When bending rebar, do not exceed the machine's specifications for rebar diameter, number of rebars, and mechanical speed.

6. It is strictly forbidden to stand within the operating radius of bending rebar and on the side of the machine body without fixed pins. Bent rebars should be neatly stacked with hooks facing down.

When using a rebar cold drawing machine, adhere to the following 3 points:

1. A dedicated person should supervise the operation. Operators must stay in safe zones, strictly prohibited from crossing the cold drawing site.

2. The cold drawing speed should not be too fast. Slightly stop when basically straightened to check if the clamp is firm and reliable. Control the elongation value and stress strictly according to safety technology requirements.

3. If slippage or breakage occurs during operation, immediately stop the machine.
