Rebar bending machine, one of the steel processing machinery. The working mechanism is a horizontal working disc that rotates on a vertical axis. The steel bars are placed at the position shown in the diagram, with the supporting pin fixed on the machine bed. The central pin and bending pressure pin are mounted on the working disc, which bends the steel bars when the disc rotates. In order to bend steel bars of various diameters, there are several holes on the working disc for inserting the bending pressure pin, and the central pin can be replaced accordingly with different diameters.
Models:
1. GW40B Rebar Bending Machine (gear transmission)
2. GW40A Rebar Bending Machine (worm gear speed regulation)
3. GJ80 Reinforcing Bar Bending Machine (Type B)
4. GJ80 Reinforcing Bar Bending Machine (Type A)
Precautions:
1. When operating, insert one end of the steel bar to be bent into the gap provided on the turntable, and press the other end tightly against the body and check if it is firmly fixed before starting the machine.
2. It is strictly prohibited to change the core shaft, adjust the bending angle, or adjust the speed during operation, as well as adding oil or cleaning.
3. When bending steel bars, it is strictly prohibited to process beyond the specified diameter, number of bars, and machine speed.
4. When bending high hardness or low alloy steel bars, the maximum diameter specified on the machine nameplate should be used, and the corresponding core should be replaced.
Safety requirements for manual bending:
1. When using a wrench to bend thick steel bars, pay attention to grasp the operation essentials, keep your feet stable, stand with both feet in a bow stance, set up the board properly, pay attention to the board saw, and securely clamp the steel bar in the board groove. Apply force slowly when bending, do not exert excessive force to prevent the board from slipping off and causing accidents.
2. Bending thick steel bars at heights or on scaffolding is not allowed to avoid falling from heights caused by wrench slippage during operation.
Safety requirements for mechanical bending:
1. Before formally operating the machine, check all parts of the machine and perform a no-load test run to ensure normal operation.
2. Pay attention and focus during operation, familiarize yourself with the direction of the working disc rotation, and ensure that the placement of the steel bars matches the stopper and the rotation direction of the working disc, avoiding incorrect placement.
3. When operating, the steel bars must be placed in the middle or lower section of the insert, and it is strictly prohibited to bend steel bars exceeding the cross-section size. The rotation direction must be accurate, and the distance between the hand and the insert must not be less than 200mm.
4. During the operation of the machine, adding oil and cleaning are not allowed, and it is strictly prohibited to replace the core shaft, pins, and change the bending angle.
