How to cut materials without burrs when using a double 45-degree miter saw for cutting picture frame

1. Turn on the power and check if the working air pressure is between 0.6 to 0.8 MPa; otherwise, adjustment is needed.

2. Close the electrical gate, turn on the machine power switch, adjust the saw blade angle and the position of the right machine head according to the workpiece size. The angle adjustment is controlled by the corresponding switch on the control box, and any angle between 0° to 45° needs to be adjusted using an angle adjustment sleeve.

3. Select the cutting head, adjust the cutting angle, start the motor, and begin cutting the workpiece.

4. After loading the material, press the material feeding button, check if the workpiece is clamped properly (at least one of the two motors must be started to feed; the saw blade will not feed if the motor is not started). Feeding can be done manually or automatically; manual feeding is used during testing, and automatic feeding is used during normal operation. The range of automatic feeding can be adjusted using the magnetic switch on the right machine head.

5. When feeding manually, release the feed button, stop the oil spray, release the material by pressing the material release switch, and open the guard. When feeding automatically, press the feed button for automatic feeding, cutting, retraction, material release, and automatic guard opening. The cutting counter increments with each cut.

6. If any abnormal situation occurs during manual cutting, release the feed button for the saw blade to retract automatically. In case of abnormal situations during automatic cutting or in emergencies, press the emergency stop button immediately. The operator should promptly identify the cause of the abnormal situation, rectify the issue, and resume work.

7. Before cutting the workpiece, follow the above operating procedures and perform a no-load test run. Only proceed with cutting operations if everything is normal.

8. Before adjusting the saw blade angle, release the clamping cylinder, set the angle, and then clamp the cylinder. Cutting operations should not be carried out without clamping.

9. Release the locking handle and clamping cylinder to move the right machine head. After adjusting the size, lock it with the air valve and handle before starting the cutting operation. This dual-head saw features size adjustment with digital display.

10. Press the emergency stop button to halt both saw heads. It is important to note that when not in use or during power outages, the two saw blades should be positioned at 90° to protect them from damage.
