Where should the pressure be increased for the CNC hydraulic bending machine?

1. Adjustment of the slow-speed movement of the hydraulic bending machine slide: When the slide moves downward, the collision block "I" triggers the stroke switch to make the slide move slowly. The length of the slow-speed stroke time is adjusted by a variable resistor.

2. Adjustment of the upper limit of the hydraulic bending machine slide: Adjusting the position of collision block II can make the rising slide stop at the required top dead center position. This can shorten the interval of the slide's movement and reduce the work cycle time, thereby improving productivity.

3. Adjustment of the gap between the upper and lower dies of the hydraulic bending machine (the slide must stop at the top dead center):

a. Press the buttons on the button box at the lower right corner of the operating table and operate in the direction indicated by the label. The initial gap should be greater than the plate thickness, and the gap should be adjusted based on the angle of the workpiece to be bent. Fine adjustments can also be made using the handwheel, and the adjustment value is displayed on the calculator. Each increase or decrease of a digit represents 0.1mm (0.1mm/rotation).

b. If the angles at both ends of the workpiece are not consistent, loosen the support pin, move the connecting rod to the left, disconnect the left and right rotating connections, and adjust the mechanical limit distance at one end by turning the handwheel (up or down) to achieve the goal of fine-tuning the angle of the workpiece end. Note: After adjustment, return sleeve 18 to its original position, tighten the support pin, or else a mechanical accident may occur.

c. If the angles at both ends of the workpiece are different but the middle angle (larger or smaller) is consistent, the upper die can be finely adjusted. When using fine adjustment, bring the upper die close to the lower die groove, slightly loosen the screws on the upper die template and adjustment block (with the guideline that the upper die should not fall down), and then slightly tap the adjustment wedge block at the upper middle part (left or right). In the center where the angle is smaller, protrude the upper die appropriately, tighten the support pin, test the bend until the angle of the entire workpiece reaches the allowable value.

4. Adjustment of the bending force of the hydraulic bending machine: Calculate the kilonewton value of the bending force of the sheet metal based on the bending force calculation formula or table, and calculate the indicated pressure P value according to Table 1. Then adjust the handwheel of the relief valve 8 so that the force it generates is slightly greater than the kilonewton value required for bending the plate.

5. Adjustment of the rear material stop gap of the hydraulic bending machine: The rear material stop is used for positioning the sheet metal during bending in the length direction. It is adjusted by the motor controlled by the buttons on the front button box. The adjustment value can be read from the rotation table on the button box, where the conversion value is 0.1mm/rotation, and fine adjustments can be made using the handwheel.

6. The foot switch of the hydraulic bending machine can make the slide move up or down, but the operation is cumbersome.
