This not only significantly hampers production time and efficiency but also introduces inconsistencies in the clamping intensity of each manual clamp. Consequently, this variation can lead to issues with bending accuracy during the bending process.

Hydraulic Fixtures for Bending Machine Quick Clamping
The hydraulic fixture 16 is equipped with an oil inlet hose at one end, while the other end of the hydraulic fixture 16 is sealed with a flanged hexagonal plug 15. The oil inlet hose consists of a hose assembly 12, a bi-directional joint body 14, and a combination sealing ring 13. The hydraulic fixture 16 comprises multiple hydraulic fixtures 17.
The hydraulic fixtures 17 are interconnected with adjacent hydraulic fixtures 17 through connecting pistons 8. Each hydraulic fixture 17 includes a support body 1 and a pressure plate 5. Inside the pressure plate 5, there is a connecting plate 3, with a piston 6 positioned between the pressure plate 5 and the connecting plate 3. At the point of contact between the piston 6 and the end face of the connecting plate 3, there is a butterfly spring 4. Under the pressure of the oil, the butterfly spring 4 deforms, causing the piston 6 to protrude, thus clamping the lower die fixture through the lever principle.
The outer periphery of the piston 6 is equipped with an O-ring seal 7. Between the pressure plate 5 and the support body 1, there is a limiting screw 2, which is matched with a fine-toothed round head screw 9. At the lower end of the fine-toothed round head screw 9, there is a spring 10 positioned between the pressure plate 5 and the support body 1. Additionally, there is a cylindrical head hexagonal screw 11 between the pressure plate 5 and the support body 1, located on the side of the limiting screw 2, enhancing the clamping force on the upper die of the bending machine, ensuring stability and fixation during bending, and meeting the requirements for bending accuracy.
This system offers fast, convenient, and low-noise automation control, enhancing the overall efficiency and precision of the bending process.
