Operating Procedure of Electro-Hydraulic CNC Press Brake

1. Operators must be familiar with the basic knowledge and usage of CNC press brake machine structure, performance, operating system, hydraulic system, safety devices, electrical equipment, etc.

2. Before starting the machine, operators must wear labor protection equipment as required. Female workers must tuck their hair into their work caps and are strictly prohibited from wearing gloves, scarves, or aprons during operation.

3. Before driving, operators need to check if the control system, protective cover, safety devices meet the requirements, and if the punch and die are loose or cracked. The electrical protection grounding should be reliable. After inspection, lubricate and refuel according to the lubrication chart specified for CNC press brake before the shift.

4. Once all preparations are complete, operators need to start the CNC press brake machine at low speed for 3-5 minutes, check for any abnormal noises during machine operation, ensure the hydraulic system is working properly, pressure gauge readings are normal, control buttons, handles, and foot switches are flexible and reliable. A full run check should also be conducted.

5. Operators must concentrate during CNC press brake machining operations and are strictly prohibited from talking to others. Adjusting or wiping the die during equipment operation is prohibited; overload use is prohibited; hands must not exceed the press plate drop line during feeding; bending of excessively thick, short, hardened, or very hard materials is prohibited; no extra items should be placed on the worktable; the machine must be stopped when leaving, and the power should be turned off for long periods.

6. When installing the die, it must be done with the power off, the closing height must be correct, the die must be firm and reliable. If there are issues with the die that require adjustment, the power must be turned off and the machine stopped before any adjustments are made.

7. The upper part and both sides of the foot switch must have protective covers that are securely installed, and the foot switch should have reliable anti-slip measures.

8. In the event of automatic drop of the punch, the machine must be stopped immediately, the power must be turned off for inspection and repair, and further use is strictly prohibited.

9. If the machine malfunctions or makes abnormal noises, it should be stopped and checked promptly. If unable to resolve, maintenance personnel should be informed immediately. After handling, fill out the daily maintenance and downtime records. All electrical faults must not be handled by operators.

10. At the end of processing or at the end of the shift, the die should be lowered, all settings returned to zero, thoroughly clean the equipment, apply oil maintenance to the die, and fill out the equipment operation record.

11. Maintenance content: Thoroughly clean dirt; thoroughly wipe the equipment.
