Maintenance and operation guidelines for hydraulic bending machines:
Hydraulic bending machines require regular maintenance during operation, and maintenance and upkeep should be carried out according to specific guidelines to facilitate the operation of mechanical equipment. By maintaining the relevant safety and technical performance requirements of the equipment, the durability of the equipment and the safety of personnel can be effectively ensured.
Operating procedures for hydraulic bending machines:
1. Strictly adhere to the machine tool safety operating procedures and wear labor protection equipment as required.
2. Check the front material support, back gauge, and slider for any foreign objects. If any foreign objects are found, they should be thoroughly cleaned and organized to prevent safety hazards.
3. Check the alignment and solidity of the upper and lower dies; inspect whether all positioning devices meet the processing requirements.
4. Before starting the machine, thoroughly clean and wipe the upper and lower dies, ensuring that there are no foreign objects such as iron chips in the slots, as they can damage the dies and affect the accuracy of the workpieces.
5. Before starting, carefully check if the motor, switches, wiring, and grounding are normal and secure, and ensure that all control positions and buttons are in the correct positions.
6. Run the return-to-home program when the upper slider and all positioning axes are not in their original positions.
7. After starting the equipment, let it run empty for 1-2 minutes, and make the upper slider move to its full stroke 2-3 times. If any abnormal sounds or malfunctions are detected, stop immediately, rectify the issue, and only resume work when everything is normal.
Maintenance of hydraulic bending machines:
Before performing machine protection or cleaning, align the upper die with the lower die, lower it, and turn off the machine until the operation is complete. If a restart or other operation is required, select the manual mode and ensure safety. The maintenance content includes the following:
1. Hydraulic oil system: Check the oil level in the tank weekly, and top up with hydraulic oil if the level is below the oil window, especially after hydraulic system repairs.
2. Use ISO HM46 or MOBIL DTE 25 hydraulic oil; change the oil after 2000 hours of operation for new machines, and subsequently every 4000-6000 hours. During each oil change, clean the oil tank; the system oil temperature should be maintained between 35°C and 60°C, not exceeding 70°C, as higher temperatures can lead to degradation and damage of the oil quality and components.
3. Filters: Replace or completely clean the filters each time the oil is changed; if there are alarms related to the machine or if the oil quality is poor, replace the filters. Check and clean the air filter on the oil tank every 3 months, and replace it at least once a year.
