Bending machines are divided into manual bending machines, hydraulic bending machines, and CNC bending machines. Hydraulic bending machines can be further divided into synchronous modes: torsion shaft synchronization, mechanical and hydraulic synchronization, and electro-hydraulic synchronization. Hydraulic bending machines can also be classified by motion mode: up-stroking and down-stroking. The machine includes a frame, a worktable, and a clamping plate, with the worktable placed on the frame. The worktable consists of a base and a pressure plate, with the base connected to the clamping plate via hinges. The base is composed of a seat shell, a coil, and a cover plate, with the coil placed in the recess of the seat shell, and the top of the recess covered by the cover plate. When operating, pay attention to the following points:
1. Strictly adhere to the machine tool safety operation regulations and wear labor protection equipment as required.
2. Before starting, carefully check if the motor, switches, wiring, and grounding are normal and secure, and ensure that all control positions and buttons are in the correct positions.
3. Check the alignment and stability of the upper and lower dies; ensure that all positioning devices meet the requirements of the workpiece being processed.
4. When the upper slide and various positioning axes are not at the origin, run the return to origin program.
5. After starting the equipment, let it run empty for 1-2 minutes, move the upper slide to full stroke 2-3 times. If any abnormal sounds or malfunctions are detected, stop immediately, rectify the issue, and resume work only when everything is normal.
6. During operation, one person should coordinate and command, ensuring close cooperation between operators and material feeding personnel to ensure that all personnel are in safe positions to give bending signals.
7. The material must be compacted during bending to prevent it from lifting and causing injury during bending.
8. When adjusting the material pressure die, the power must be cut off and the operation stopped first.
9. When changing the opening of the variable lower die, no material should come into contact with the lower die.
10. No one is allowed to stand at the rear of the machine during machine operation.
11. It is strictly prohibited to bend the material at one end alone.
12. If any workpiece or mold is found to be incorrect during operation, stop the machine for correction. It is forbidden to correct by hand during operation to prevent hand injuries.
13. It is prohibited to bend excessively thick iron plates, quenched steel plates, high-grade alloy steel, square steel, or materials exceeding the bending machine's performance to avoid damaging the machine.
14. Regularly check the alignment of the upper and lower dies and ensure that the pressure gauge readings are within specifications.
15. Stop the machine immediately in case of abnormalities, investigate the cause, and promptly rectify it.
16. Before shutting down, place wooden blocks on the lower die under the cylinders on both sides to lower the upper slide onto the blocks.
17. Exit the control system program first before cutting off the power supply.
