2. Slider Fails to Descend Rapidly
Reasons
1. Slider guide rails adjusted too tightly;
2. Rear material stop shaft not in place;
3. Slider not at top dead center position;
4. Signals such as foot switch not entering the module;
5. Malfunction in the proportional servo valve;
Measures
1. Check if the slider guide rails are suitable;
2. Check if there is a cursor at the actual X position on the system, or in the manual interface, check if the programmed value of the rear material stop shaft matches the actual value;
3. The Y-axis status on the system should be "1"; if it is "6", check the actual coordinates of the Y-axis, the value should be less than the difference between the Y-axis and the return journey;
4. According to the electrical schematic diagram, check if input signals such as the foot switch are normal;
5. Check if the feedback of the proportional servo valve is normal;
3. Slider Fails to Advance in Bending or Bending Speed is Slow
Reasons
1. Slider has not reached the speed transition point;
2. Poor settings for the Y-axis bending section parameters in the system;
3. Insufficient pressure, such as: programming operation reasons, machine parameter setting reasons, hydraulic reasons, etc.;
Measures
1. Check if the Y-axis status changes from "2" to "3"; the actual value of the Y-axis should be greater than the speed transition point value, if not, adjust the parameters of the rapid advance section;
2. Re-adjust the parameters of the Y-axis bending section;
3. Check if it is due to programming operation reasons, parameter setting reasons, or hydraulic reasons; use a pressure gauge, multimeter, etc. to first check the main pressure and proportional pressure valve signals, then check if the proportional pressure valve and main pressure reducing valve are stuck, then check the filter element and hydraulic oil, and finally check the oil pump and its coupling;
