Structure, Maintenance, and Maintenance of Bending Machine:

1. Slider section: It adopts hydraulic transmission and consists of a slider, hydraulic cylinder, and mechanical block fine-tuning structure. The left and right cylinders are fixed on the frame, and the piston (rod) drives the slider up and down through hydraulic pressure. The mechanical block is controlled by the numerical control system.

2. Worktable section: It is operated by a button box, which drives the material stopper rack to move forward and backward through an electric motor. The distance of movement is controlled by the numerical control system, with a minimum reading of 0.01 millimeters (there are limit switches for both forward and backward positions).

3. Synchronization system: The machine is equipped with a mechanical synchronization mechanism composed of a torsion shaft, swing arm, and articulated bearings. It has a simple structure, stable and reliable performance, and high synchronization accuracy. The mechanical block is adjusted by the motor, and the numerical control system controls the values.

4. Material stopper mechanism: The material stopper is driven by an electric motor, and two lead screws are synchronized through a chain drive. The numerical control system controls the size of the material stopper.

Features:

1. It adopts a fully welded steel structure, providing sufficient strength and rigidity.
2. It uses hydraulic transmission, with cylinders placed at both ends of the machine tool, directly driving the sliding work.
3. The slider synchronization mechanism adopts a torsion shaft for forced synchronization.
4. It uses a mechanical block structure, which is stable and reliable.
5. The slider stroke can be quickly adjusted and finely tuned manually, with a counter display.
6. It has a wedge-type deflection compensation mechanism to ensure high bending accuracy.

Maintenance and Maintenance:

Before performing machine tool maintenance or cleaning, align the upper die with the lower die and shut down the machine until the work is completed. If it is necessary to start the machine or perform other operations, set the mode selection to manual and ensure safety. The maintenance procedures are as follows:

1. Hydraulic oil circuit:
- Check the oil level in the tank weekly. If hydraulic system maintenance has been performed, it should also be checked. If the oil level is below the oil window, hydraulic oil should be added.
- The hydraulic oil used in this machine is ISOHM46 or MOBILDTE25.
- Change the oil after the machine has been in operation for 2000 hours, and then change the oil every 4000 to 6000 hours of operation. Clean the oil tank each time the oil is changed.
- The oil temperature should be between 35°C and 60°C and should not exceed 70°C. Excessive temperature can cause deterioration and damage to the oil and components.

2. Filters:
- Replace or thoroughly clean the filters every time the oil is changed.
- If there are related alarms or the oil quality is not clean, replace the filters.
- Check and clean the air filter on the oil tank every 3 months, and it is recommended to replace it every year.

3. Hydraulic components:
- Clean the hydraulic components (substrate, valves, motors, pumps, oil pipes, etc.) every month to prevent dirt from entering the system. Do not use cleaning agents.
- After one month of using a new machine, check for any deformations at the bending points of the oil pipes. If any abnormalities are found, they should be replaced. After two months of use, tighten all the connections of the components. Ensure that the machine is shut down and the system is pressure-free during this work.
